Currencies and payment methods

We support:

  • USD, EUR, GBP via Stripe
  • ZAR, KES via Paystack (and via Stripe)
  • Local PPP-adjusted pricing for select markets — email sabelo@roadmapos.com to inquire

Payment methods:

  • Credit / debit card (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx)
  • Some debit cards via local issuers (especially in Africa) — supported via Paystack
  • Bank transfer for annual contracts >$1,000 — email for instructions

Trial

Standard and Pro both include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. We email you 3 days before the trial ends. If you don't add a payment method, your account drops back to the Free tier — your data stays.

Annual billing

20% discount on annual billing for Standard and Pro. Settings → Billing → Switch to annual.

Annual plans grandfather the price for 12 months — even if we re-price.

Upgrading and downgrading

Settings → Billing → Change Plan

Upgrades take effect immediately; we prorate the difference and charge it to your card.

Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. You won't lose data on downgrade — features just become unavailable.

Refunds

We offer a no-questions-asked refund within 30 days of payment. Email sabelo@roadmapos.com and we'll process the same day.

For annual subscriptions, we prorate refunds for unused months.

How to cancel

Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription

Cancellation:

  • Stops future charges
  • Your account drops to Free tier at the end of the current billing period
  • Your data is preserved indefinitely on the Free tier
  • You can re-subscribe at any time without re-importing

Want to delete your account entirely? Settings → Account → Delete Account. This is permanent — all data is purged within 30 days.

What happens to your data after cancellation

  • Active subscription: all features available, all data accessible
  • Cancelled, end of period: drops to Free tier; Roadmap, Plans, and Products remain accessible
  • Account deletion: all data purged within 30 days; you receive an email confirmation when purge is complete

You can export your data at any time before cancelling: Settings → Data → Export JSON (covers initiatives, plans, products, capacity entries, comments, attachments).

Invoices

Stripe automatically emails invoices for each payment. Manual access:

Settings → Billing → Invoices — download all past invoices as PDFs (for accounting / expense reports).

Custom company name / VAT / EIN on invoices: Settings → Billing → Invoice Details.

Volume / enterprise pricing

For teams >50 people, custom pricing is available with:

  • Annual / multi-year contracts
  • Custom DPAs
  • SOC 2 Type 1 report (Type 2 in Q4 2026)
  • Priority support tier
  • Dedicated onboarding
