How do I get the download link?
Subscribe to Standard or Pro on the pricing page. You will receive an email with the installer link and your account credentials within a few minutes of payment. If it does not arrive, check spam and then contact us.
Which platforms are supported?
Roadmap OS ships as a Windows desktop app today. There is also a browser version at app.pmroadmapper.com that uses the same account. Mac and Linux desktop builds are on the roadmap.
Does my data sync between desktop and web?
Yes. One account works on both. Your roadmap, tasks, KPIs, and team data are stored in our managed Supabase backend and sync automatically when you are online.
Can I use Roadmap OS offline?
The desktop app is offline-first. You can plan, edit, and review without a connection — changes sync the next time you come back online. The browser version requires connectivity.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel from inside the app under Settings → Billing, or email hello@pmroadmapper.com and we will process it the same day. You keep access through the end of the current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — see our refund policy for the full terms. In short: if Roadmap OS is not working for you in the first 14 days, email us and we will refund the most recent payment.
How do I bring my own AI key?
Open Settings → AI in the app and paste a key from OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google. Your key never leaves your device on desktop, and is proxied without storage on the web version.
Can my whole team use one workspace?
Yes. Pro supports multiple seats per organisation with role-based access and row-level data isolation. Contact us for team pricing if you have more than five seats.
How do I report a bug?
Open a ticket with the steps to reproduce, what you expected, and what happened instead. Screenshots and a rough timestamp help us find the relevant logs faster.
