    30-day free trial + team invite by email

    Per-team Edit modal lets you invite teammates by email. Each invitee gets a 30-day free trial on first sign-in. DB migration, two edge functions and the Teams UI are ready — final wiring in progress.

    Subscription-lapsed soft read-only mode + renewal popup

    When a trial ends or a subscription lapses, the app drops into soft read-only mode and a popup links straight to renew. Unblocks usage without forcing immediate churn.

  • Lifecycle

    Weekly engagement email (Resend, Mondays 8am)

    A scheduled edge function fires every Monday at 8am to nudge trialing users with days remaining and a renewal link. Powered by Resend + Supabase pg_cron.
